   The name has changed from Rowlands to Allied but it's still a great pharmacy. Would really be lost with out it being there! It's location is nearly on the way out of the city and there is no other pharmacy in the local area. It's my local pharmacy so very useful to me and family and friends. I used to work for the supply company so I still know most of the staff there. It's now Allied Pharmacy. The service is still very good. Prescription medication is normally sorted out in a couple of days.

   Unreliable , in-house staff gets the prescription ordering 5/10 times. Only talking does not get the service right.Always the pharmacist did this as it should be, i believe there is lack of professionalism . it took me 4 delayed supply more than 12 days each time to write this review.

   This is by far the best pharmacy in the North end & extended area, it may be a small premises but it is big in so many other ways, the staff are always professional & polite Even under pressure, if this pharmacy closes, it will be a great loss not only for the regular users like myself, but the area & city alike

   George and the team are great. Going to be a great loss when he leaves. However, one member of staff talks to you like dirt. Thought it was just me until I was waiting in the line and she spoke to someone else rudely...Merry - rude and abrupt and speaks to you like dirt. Shame really as if it wasn't for her id have given five stars. She definitely lets the team down and I think if I spoke to her like that she'd refuse to serve me. Not good customer service at all.

   I cannot fault the staff at this branch of Rowlands. I appreciate the text messaging service letting me know when my repeat prescription is ready. Everyone is so helpful and friendly whenever I call in, and very quick to sort out any problems. True 5 star service.

   I have been collecting my medication from this pharmacy for soo long since the old lady was there ( She retired now) . But there is one pharmacy assistant called Merry she is very very rude. The way she talks to customers is unacceptable. She needs customer training else the pharmacy will lose more customers

   Absolutely amazing team that work in the London Road Rowlands. Very friendly and helpful,which makes the pharmacy so warm and welcoming. During 2019 when my Dad was diagnosed with Cancer,George and Mary were so kind and supportive to all our family. It was a really difficult time and it really did make a difference.

   From the business point of view, we are very grateful and appreciate George's efforts and full-support for having arranged the flu jabs very efficiently with our employees. We would like to thank George and his team for all the efforts during this difficult time with Covid, we will definitely be coming back as a regular customer to Rowland's as the quality of the service is better than 5 stars, if I could rate it as 10 stars I would.
