   Not the best boots or even pharmacy in general. I just feel like the staff are not really that friendly or helpful. I was waiting 5 minutes to be served with no one in front. Unless it's convenient then just go somewhere else.

   Genuinely flabergasted at what I witnessed in this chemist today. The person on the till spoke to multiple customers time after time disrespectfully, she moaned about needing the toilet, moaned about and belittled customers who'd just left the store to other customers, told another customer without explanation they'd "just have to come back monday" for their medications with no compassion, she publically argued with one gentleman when they asked for a printed receipt for their goods and told them she could only offer hand written one because she didn't know how to work the system, told them that the system data was correct for everyone else for batch prescriptions and "things change" so it must be right for the chemist and the customer was wrong... different employees made excuses for this persons behaviour to other customers saying she was tired, then said person starts telling everyone, that they'd been in the military and nothing had ever made them cry like this before... shocking! Couldn't stand it and had to leave before I got to the front of the queue, I'll take my business elsewhere thanks!

   Never answers phone! Quite regularly are closed due to lack of staff! When picking up prescription the queue is redicilous! Always have to wait for prescription as they never have enough even when waiting 3/4 days so they give IOUs! Recently the doctor sent down a prescription and I’m still waiting 7 days later !!!! Worthless absolutely worthless!

   Just don't answer the phone .it has taken three days to order a vital medication from a repeat prescription.often closed with no notice when I go to collect. An erratic service.

   Nice chemist. Some things are kept OTC but aren't shown as OTC on the website. Staff won't bother you which is nice, but for the same reasons it's frustrating if you're looking for something that should be in a section, but isn't- because again, it's OTC.

   Love the local chemist, they're always kind and well organised. Yes, sometimes you have to wait, but I prefer to do so rather then trek to Waterlooville and support the local village.
