I recently moved to Selsey and was dreading the possible problems in setting up repeat prescriptions. This morning I was served by lovely staff who had everything ready and were cheerful and friendly despite national pharmacist difficulties. Thanks so much.
Absolutely disgusted for the way I was treated at this shop for having covid! I was spoken to appallingly by both woman that work there in from of other customers too! Not very professional at all
The lovely ladies let me buy my grandsons milk over the counter which is very hard to find as its a special formula they were very kind and helpful
I'm here in Selsey on holiday and last night my caravan was burgaled and my diabetes tablets were stolen, luckily I had my repeat prescription with me and my medical exemption certificate. I didn't have enough money with me so went to Lloyd's Pharmacy and explained what had happened and they refused to give me my medication just enough for 2 days without paying for them. I explained what had happened and that I have a medical exemption certificate but still they refused to give me 2 days worth of tablets without paying for then. The service was absolutely horrific and the lady at front desk and the Pharmacist were so rude and unbelievably non understanding, luckily I went to boots down the road and they helped me. Lloyd's Pharmacy yiu need to understand that every situation is different and should be approached separately. Very disgusted and disappointed
Been in twice to see the pharmacist about different issues to take pressure off doctors and absolutely appalled. Pharmacist did nothing, hardly looked or asked any questions about it to help determine. Brushed you off and didn’t give any information about what to do. Rude and tried to get you out very quickly. Won’t go there again for issues.
I have Lloyds to be superb, my wife has been very ill and they have been extremely helpful and understanding, the staff have been brilliant cannot fault them
