   Parkgate Pharmacy is well stocked however, when being served by a certain member of the counter ‘shop assistant’ team, on every occasion she has been extremely abrupt and to the point of being rude. As a member of the public collecting a prescription, due to being diagnosed with an illness, I feel there is no need for this particular ‘assistant’ to behave in this way. I’m unsure why this is when she is meant to be providing a NHS service to people who are not well. I would suggest showing some compassion would help to provide better experience for all customers.
