   An excellent pharmacy. Thank you to pharmacist Fitwe who couldn't have been more helpful and supportive when I was trying to sort out my covid and flu jabs. And thank you to Ben who accessed the pharmacy's system and came back quickly and with just the right amount of detail when I asked for some information about a treatment I'd had a few months before. The pharmacists are supported by a team of staff who are friendly and efficient. Well done all of you. It’s great to know that help, advice and good service is readily available in our local pharmacy.

   After arriving at the pharmacy in good time for my appointment at 10.30. I was told that there would be a delay and would I come back in 10 to 15 minutes which I did. I was then told to go to tte back of the queue and wait to be called. I then found out that there where people in the queue who had not made any appointments, which surprised me. I then ask when I would be seen but was not given a time as there where other people infront of me, who had not made an appointment. I was amazed that when I did get a seat, I noticed a small notice which stated that only appointment only, so why where none appointment people being seen.

   I took the opportunity of being able to pop in to The Village Pharmacy ,as my surgery in West End only offered the flu injection . The staff were very nice and welcoming ,and I got my COVID injection done quickly . Thank you Ben .

   Not impressed with the level of service with my prescriptions. I'm given half the items I've ordered and not advised where the rest might be. Assistants never seem to be able to track it down. Alway told they don't have it and I have to phone the surgery, who to be fair have prescribed all items. Just wondering why, as when you're ill you shouldn't have to chase your meds.
