“The staff were fantastic. One lady imparticular, but I didnt get her name. We were having a challenging evening with 2 of our already over stimulated children. When we got to the checkout she had every right to be huffy with us because of how noisy and unbearable they were being. However, instead she was beautifully calm, she gave them paper to make airplanes and had a lovely chat with us. ❤️ Honestly such a genuinely lovely person. I am so grateful to her for calming them down in that moment so we could check out and pay stress free. Thank you. We will be back, you showed excellent customer service.”
