“I’ve now visited the Livingston Window to the Womb 3 times this pregnancy and have been so happy with the service here. I’ve always felt incredibly comfortable and well informed by the staff. Janet has done our scan at 7 weeks, 10 weeks and now a gender scan at 16 weeks. As someone who was quite anxious she made me feel at ease straight away and made all 3 experiences enjoyable and reassuring. I’d recommend to everyone I know. The photo quality and videos have all been amazing too and great keepsakes for memories. Thanks again to everyone at the team. I will be back for a 4D scan later in the pregnancy!”
“Well laid out shop. Plenty choice. Will go again.”
“Excellent customer service skills provided by Ryan. Highly recommended this branch. Well done Argos for employing great bunch of staff whom know how too deal with customers professionally.”
“Well curated women’s clothing in a variety of sizes. Some men’s also offered. Everything is clean and in great condition for 5-10€.”
“The staff at IKEA Edinburgh were so friendly & helpful, and I especially appreciate their patience in helping us to use our U.S. IKEA family account. The bathrooms were very clean and the store didn’t feel crowded during our visit. We’ve also had items shipped from the Edinburgh location and have had great experience with that side of this IKEA store, as well.”
“They got perfectly mean and racist cashiers. It is so nice of him to speak ill of customers with his colleague. Such a nice store that I would never come again ❤️”
“Nice variety of products, cheap and good.”
“I received a 5* treatment from Allysha Halley. I finally managed to get a pair of shoes for my son who had me going into various places. Allysha was friendly, patient and very helpful as we were looking before hand the staff just walked off and left us knowing I was looking for someone to take my size. I will definitely be coming again to the men's department. Thank you”
“Shop here every day, great staff and always have what I want.”
“Love thus co-op. So handy and well stocked. Staff very helpful. Products always good quality”
“Excellent, friendly service every single time I've ever been in, and I work very close by so am always popping in. Staff are always great, super patient with the Amazon collections, and really helpful with finding stock. These odd poor reviews that hardly make any sense make me wonder.”
“Lovely baby-grow. Their customer service was excellent and everything came in a timely manner. The proofs sent in advance was really useful.”
“Lots of fresh foods, ready-to-eat and heat-and-eat options that were perfect for our needs while traveling. Excellent store.”
“I recently used Worn in Wardrobe to sell some of my boys' clothes that they had grown out of but were still in great condition. The process couldn't have been easier and I was really pleased with the price we were given. Madeleine gave us great service throughout the whole thing.”
“Visited this charity shop for the first time today and was amazed with how friendly the staff was definitely worth a visit and also has a great selection of clothes”
“Great staff Marta and Kuba were very helpful i got a szynka and it was so fresh ive chucked it in the śmietnik. I recommend this shop as its really big and has so many flavours of czekolada. Its the best shop in the whole ziemia. Ps. Ciapaty to bardzo spoko gość”
“Love my little local coop. It's got all the essentials, good bakery and the staff are very nice and helpful.”
“Maria has been great, she explored options online and in stock, she ordered a product for us to try with no obligation to buy.”
“In general, great store, spacious, with a wide range of variety and often at a competitive price, better than Tesco or Morrison's. Always get some great bargains even at George's. Never had an issue with self-service, the staff are helpful, too. Especially like the bakery section, where you can get tasty, fresh, palm-free products. Great they still have a sanitary station! My only issue is lack of goat's yoghurt for the third time, shame I keep having to go back to Tesco for this one item. Also, disabled toilet is always locked. Finally, the trolleys are hard to push except for the plastic ones, but they need a pound coin.”
“This is personally the best charity shop in Edinburgh! Why? Because they always have cute things and its all colour coded, I take the bus in everyday and i always want to sit on the left just so that i can look out the window at the well put together mannikins!”
“My favourite Co-op in Edinburgh (possible the UK). Customer service is lovely from all the staff I’ve interacted with. Tidy store and can always find everything I need. Staff are helpful and know what they’re doing. Would highly recommend shopping here!”
“Come in for my prescription and don’t have a bad word to say. Always friendly - and never have any issues. Can’t really ask for more than that.”
“Shop in my local co-op closer to home so popped in thinking it would be 10x more expensive with it being in a prime tourist area. Shockingly it was all the exact same price as back home with a cracking selection. Hot food, Costa machine and plenty of checkouts if you want in and out quick.”
“Pretty cashier that helped me with my parcel was amazing!”
“Went into the Newcraighall store today, on the off chance and because I was passing. I ordered online on Sunday night. I’d had no email confirmation, had no order number, but I could see the transaction on my credit card statement. Anyway, it’s a birthday present for my son and was worried. I’m taking the time to write this because the assistant, Rhonda, was outstanding. It wasn’t even that store but she went above and beyond. I left feeling two things, really relieved that the issue was sorted (and it was- parcel picked up at Meadowbank earlier) and sure that I’d be using Argos (especially the Fort) again. What a nice, competent, helpful woman. ⭐”
“Nice clean store with friendly staff and a good selection for a local village store, handy place for parcel collection.”
“Fantastic experience. I went into the Edinburgh store with my heavily pregnant wife and the (soon to be) grandparents. We were served by Kayla who was absolutely wonderful, she was knowledgeable and made the whole experience both fun and interesting. We were only going to buy a pram but will now be buying the rest of our baby items from here too based on this experience.”

“Hands down best charity shop I've ever been too. I've purchased so many amazing pieces from here and the volunteers are so kind and helpful. Other customers are always lovely too. Really great environment”
