The staff at IKEA Edinburgh were so friendly & helpful, and I especially appreciate their patience in helping us to use our U.S. IKEA family account. The bathrooms were very clean and the store didn’t feel crowded during our visit. We’ve also had items shipped from the Edinburgh location and have had great experience with that side of this IKEA store, as well.

As always beautiful showroom and lots for kids and adults to explore. Delicious food for low prices and kids activities during school holidays. A day spent in IKEA is never dull.

This place is essentially the seventh circle of hell. Nice meatballs. Took loads of pictures of my hand holding labels. Would recommend for a trip where you want to lose all faith in humanity but really need some pictures frames that don’t quite fit and buy some plants you intend on subjecting to a drawn out tortuous death due to the inability to care for a living entity.

Great kitchens until they develop a fault! 1.5 hours on hold trying to get through because they simply don’t respond in a timely manor to emails. Asked to send photos etc but then no response so no further forward since October 2024 unfortunately won’t let me upload video trying to open dishwasher door that’s hitting the two cupboards!

IKEA staff is helpful if you can find them. The store is always interesting to explore. IKEA does have some weird rule though on online purchases. You have 72 after delivery hours to check if your goods are not damaged. So if you don't know this rule and leave your items unchecked you risk having chipped or damaged items. The food is always tasty, though if you're after a healthy food you won't find it in the hotdogs and the chips.

First time I had ever taken the kids, him 3 and her 6. They loved it and so much for them to see and experience, just as a shop should be. The cafe was not back to full menu yet and pretty busy with limited staff i guess, but I appreciate much of that may be out of their control. Overall a great experience and could happily have spent many more hours (and £'s) in IKEA.
