“Fantastic experience getting a kilt for a weekend wedding. Always had a problem at other places getting measured well enough for the outfit to pass all the 'challenges' a whole day covers at a wedding. On my initial visit I explained this to the young female staff member who advised on the selection after indicating what style and colour I wanted. She told me exactly what size she was going to recommend and why and how some of the buckles would give me leeway to go tighter or looser. Everyone took time to discuss all the options, explain everything to me in detail so that I could understand what was happening. Jay (I don't know how to spell her name) was my optometrist and she was so great! I felt so at ease with her and she didn't give up to find me the right fit for contact lenses! When it came to finding the right glasses the staff took so much time and care to find what suited me and gave me advice, so that I didn't even feel that I needed to bring someone to help me pick glasses.
