The best Tui experience we've ever had! The staff here are so helpful, happy and welcoming, it was an absolute pleasure to book our holiday here. they even took some photos of us in an Insta-frame after we booked. Complete contrast to the other Edinburgh store we normally use.
Katie was so so helpful - i wanted to book a holiday for 25 people in May next year and there were a lot of boxes that needed ticking as you can imagine!. Katie really went above and beyond to find us the holiday we that fitted and in budget during half term too. We visited Edinburgh the other day and thought we would call in at TUI St James square, to see about a holiday we were interested in that we had no luck booking at any other TUI store local to us. It was just as well we went in. We cannot thank Lauren enough for sorting out the 3 week holiday to Thailand that we wanted. Very professional customer service. It was the most help we got from any TUI representative, whether that be over the phone or on a face to face basis. We left as 2 very satisfied customers.

Having been in store and discussed our wishes previously, Amy got to work and provided us with many choices for a 7 night break in April. After advising us of weather temperatures at that time of year, she showed us many options in the canaries and helped us settle on a beautiful golf hotel and spa in Tenerife. She completely booked it and took the time to explain every detail. No stress involved. Thank you once again Amy. First class service.
