Today Jane helped me and she was excellent. I have also dealt with Julie too who was also so helpful and provided excellent service. All the staff are fantastic, and each one of them will assist you with all your requirements. They can often look at prices you may have seen online and will go the extra mile to help find your holiday at the best price available. Often the staff have been to been to the resort or on the cruise ship you are thinking about and can give personal feedback of their experience. The other benefit of booking in store is if anything unforeseeable happens and you need to change your holiday for any reason, you have the benefit of being able to talk to someone directly who will look at all possible options to help resolve any issues. “Im not even home yet but i feel i best leave this review ASAP. I stopped in on a whim last week and got speaking to the guys in the shop. Sat down with Vitor and told him all the things i would love to incorporate on a sleeve (first ever tattoo so very ambitious) and he worked his magic on the iPad creating something i loved the look of. Thinking of every intricate detail, how it would look confined to my body shape etc Fast forward a week and I've just finished a 6 hour shift, Vitor working above and beyond to complete the first to stages of the tattoo and it's an understatement to say im delighted with how it looks. Attention to detail, always cautious of my comfort on the bed, ensuring the keep the pain to a minimum (the last half hour was interesting but we got there) I'll let the pictures speak the words. Amazing team, amazing/spotless studio, amazing art”

Then, when I had a problem a year later, he took in my gear back to the shop, found the fault and then brought me in to the store to hear it all before returning everything and explaining where I had gone wrong, and all with no extra charge, now that's what I call great customer after care. I cannot recommend them enough, no matter your budget, high or low, they are super helpful and have a wealth of knowledge like no other hi-fi shop I've ever encountered.
