   I’ve been booking my holidays at this Tui store for years and after the very poor service I received today, I will not be returning. I’ve spent so much money booking holidays in this Tui store, but they’ll never get another penny from me. A summer holiday which was booked in this store to Gran Canaria hade its flight time changed. When I went in store to complain, the staff dictated that the change was permanent. No offer to rebook or cancel. The staff were very unhelpful and extremely rude, doing absolutely nothing to help.

   Booking flights to Spain with need to carry special medical equipment. Linda took us through the process of special assistance, booking a 20kg oxygen concentrator free of charge and arranging help at both airports. Trying to do this online would have been a lot more difficult. Great attention and service.

   Excellent service as usual. Making bookings and alterations to existing bookings made easy by a great staff. When you leave shop you are confident everything is done correctly. This, to me is far easier than going online and then wondering if I have done the booking correctly. Any problems can be dealt with face to face with a real person interested in your holiday.
