   We had a cruise booked for March 2026 but due to unforeseen circumstances we wanted to cancel it and change to something later in the year . We were attended to by Nicola at the Cumbernauld branch she was very friendly, professional and helpful regarding this we ended up booking a holiday rather than another cruise. We have used this branch to book cruises and holidays over the last few years and have always found all the girls to be exactly the same .They are a great asset to TUI and their customers.

   Highly recommend booking your next holidays/cruises with TUI Cumbernauld. I have used the Cumbernauld branch for many years now and the service you receive is first class. Today Jane helped me and she was excellent. I have also dealt with Julie too who was also so helpful and provided excellent service. All the staff are fantastic, and each one of them will assist you with all your requirements. They can often look at prices you may have seen online and will go the extra mile to help find your holiday at the best price available. Often the staff have been to been to the resort or on the cruise ship you are thinking about and can give personal feedback of their experience. The other benefit of booking in store is if anything unforeseeable happens and you need to change your holiday for any reason, you have the benefit of being able to talk to someone directly who will look at all possible options to help resolve any issues. When you are ready to book your next trip away, head to the store in the Antonine Centre, or call them directly for bookings, enquiries or advice.

   By far one of the best holiday booking experiences we have had. Staff member, Julie Smith, listened to our requirements and helped us choose the perfect holiday to Turkey. She has a fantastic knowledge of various holiday destinations & is excellent at tailoring to our needs. Shop atmosphere was buzzing. These girls love their jobs!! Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

   We have booked with Nicola at the TUI Cumbernauld store for the past few years. We are always really happy with the service and packages. Nicola is really friendly and knowledgeable, she also recommended a TUI Blue hotel for our family holiday, and we have not looked back! Looking forward to our winter getaway and will definitely be back to book our 2023 holiday with Nicola!

   Heading into the cold weather we have a cruise to look forward to next year booked recently through Tui Cumbernauld. We have booked several holidays over the years through this store and apart from the great holidays we always have a good experience booking with the Cumbernauld staff. They are always helpful and welcoming and take time to answer any questions which I usually do have. Would highly recommend popping into the store if thinking of planning your next holiday.
