“Even thought they were extremely busy, I went in due to contact being stuck in eye. They calmed me down, reassured me and check eyes with dye. No lens but I had scraped eye in removal process. He gave me drops and advice. Found dried out lens on floor when I got home, but I was really scared when I thought it was still in. I appreciate so much, that they examined my eye. So good of them all. Its a great branch - Coatbridge.”

Price was one of the cheapest around when ordering. Quality of wood received was decent. Normally expect a bundle of boards wasted at end with knots in stupid places but only 1 from a set of 260. Never had a problem so only ever dealt with a delivery driver Alan(I think that was his name) who was very helpful and followed delivery instructions and directions to my property clearly. Enjoyable hassle free service.”

“Excellent service from Fabiano the pharmacist and the locum that was on last Fri when I handed in my husbands prescription.He was not happy about the medication and the way the Dr issued it without the proper tests being done. He consulted with the locum and they advised him to go up to hosp for a check over due to pain etc. When going to hosp for a check up he was diagnosed with a condition that he had no clue about but had been suffering with for a while and GP fobbed it off . Thanks again as without your input that would never have been found and now he is on the correct medication for the illness. Amazing counter staff always happy to help and all the back staff from the dispensers to the pharmacists very professional and empathetic to the patients needs.”

Ive just recently bought a delonghi primadonna elite experience with a hot chocolate carafe and decided to try the Caffe Roma Vending Chocolate both white and chocolate, they both taste amazing however it was a disaster making them the milk and powder mix was squirting out of the vent it wouldn't thicken up but its probably due to user error or i purchased the wrong type of powder. I purchased a well known coffee shop blend and this mixed fantastic smooth and creamy but the taste from the Caffe Roma Vending Chocolate was much better tasting. If you supply a hot chocolate powder with more thickening agent that would work better in a hot chocolate carafe please let me know. Thanks”
