Guys are brilliant and cannot be more helpful, they go above and beyond, have been knowledgable for my pup and dog's needs. Never have I had to lift the 15KG pack of food, I am always escorted to my car with it (which was so helpful when I was injured).
My daughter went to the My Pet Pals workshop at half-term. Maya and Fearne (apologies if we haven't spelled their names correctly) were great - helping the kids with: feeding the guinea pigs; meeting the hamsters; and feeding the fish too.
I’ve never seen so many dead fish in my whole life? I understand that fish die and there’s nothing stopping death but the quality of the tanks?? The tanks were filthy with little to no room for the fish to swim and overcrowding. Went in today to look at Betas, who had terribly small tanks and were absolutely filthy with one dead inside.

I absolutely DETEST this company. Their stock levels are terrible there is ALWAYS something they've not got and when it's the dog food it is the biggest PITA honestly it is completely unforgivable. Once or twice, fine but when you've been let down so many times that you dread going into a shop there is a massive problem. I hate pets at home I'd shop elsewhere in a heartbeat.
