“Whilst I would prefer the surgery opening 6 days a week, I understand that there may be staffing issues. Plus, you can always go to the state of the art hospital at The Roundhouse if necessary. Location wise, not far. I believe all major surgery is performed at the hospital. Parking at both is easy.”

“We've purchased our hamster here back in november. we couldn't be more happy, he's so smart, sweet and beautiful. We had hamster in the past purchased in pets at home but she was very stressed and not healthy. “Bought two lovely little short haired guinea pigs from the shop and a cage set it came with every thing I needed to set up my guinea pigs for the next couple of weeks. Got great advice on settling them into their new home and we’ve had.them for a few weeks now and they are doing brilliantly they love to be handled and have lots of space to run around (indoors only) they are really coming out of their shell they are very vocal , very cute and so much fun to watch. They’ve recently started popcorning all over their run which I read means their happy so thank you very much pet plus for all your good advice guinea pigs are called pickle and peanut and are happy and healthy”

“It was easy to find with lots of parking and plenty of green spaces to walk the dog before going in. The reception staff were very kind and helpful and the waiting area is bright airy and very spacious, there are wee individual pods to sit in so nervous/excitable pets have space. I think cats had their own room. The vet/Dr we saw was very kind and thorough and we were kept informed of our dogs progress throughout. Nobody wants to visit the hospital with their pet but if we had to go again it would be reassuring to know it was the UoGSAH we were returning to.”
