The reception staff are very friendly and explained the procedures re. social distancing before I entered the store. The vet is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and informative and was able to answer all my queries and had a genuine compassion for my pet. “Fabulous place, says Cricket, our dog, as we park the car & open the boot to let her out. Wagging her tail vigorously as she dashes towards the door, we do realise that whoever is behind the counter doesn’t stand a chance. Cricket knows where the treats are kept and goes straight there. Donna & Diane are both great with her as they are with all the dogs that visit. What a pet shop !!! You will find it has everything you could possibly need or want. Also the best place to go if you need any advice on your pet—very knowledgeable ladies ! We certainly would never go anywhere else except maybe the sister shops—Pets at the Port and Pets at the Causeway.”

She was so knowledgable and by asking me questions about the dog, knew which brand we needed! You even ran and got me a poop bag holder and bags, when 2 other staff were at the cash point - 1 had just pointed and gave me directions to where they were whilst the other stood and watched our conversation.
