Great store great for my cat. Lots of different items of toys and great value for her food. She only eats the gravy pouches and are very hard to get. But they always have it. Thanks
Went today to purchase some food for a dog we have on respite. I asked a member of staff for help and that’s what she did to perfection. She was so knowledgable and by asking me questions about the dog, knew which brand we needed! You even ran and got me a poop bag holder and bags, when 2 other staff were at the cash point - 1 had just pointed and gave me directions to where they were whilst the other stood and watched our conversation. Customer service is so important to a successful company and staff retention! I’m glad I asked your name - thank you Connie for all your help today and making me feel happy as I left your store.
Visited to have my dog groomed. Staff friendly and welcoming. The staff took time to check how we wanted the dog groomed and if he have any physical problems. They showed their professional skills when we returned to a lovely tidy dog with the cut matching our requirements. The main shop has an excellent and varied stock catering for most types of animals. They also stock tropical fish and have a veterinary department. A complete all round store.
Huge store with friendly helpful staff. This shop covers pretty much any pet you may have. Also sells rats, gerbils, Guinea pigs, hamsters, rabbits and fish. Has a Vets4Pets located at the back of the store as well as a groom room.
Having ordered online with home delivery for years, I went into store while in Lisburn last week. The customer service I received was exceptional. Both Nic and Adrian went above and beyond to help me get, not only everything I needed, but also got me some fantastic bargains on products I had not realised were on offer. Both the guys were approachable, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely return to the store any time I am in Lisburn in future.
Absolute disgrace, came in to buy puppy food, girl with red hair and glasses stood and gave me dirty looks while on her phone! Will be going to Jollyes from now on.
The vets for pets in Lisburn are brilliant. Recently got 2 bunnies neutered and the vet was so nice nice. The bunnies are doing well. Thank you vets for pets
Store was messy but understandable when only one staff member was trying to do all the work . We went to buy fish but the two staff members at the fish section were more interested in Facebook and their conversation. We stood there for almost 15mins and each time we tried to attract their attention they turned their backs . The girl on the till was trying to serve a queue of customers while also helping people on the floor while these two just messed about and done nothing . We weren’t the only people standing waiting to buy fish either . We gave up and left the store . Won’t bother coming back here again. Sad looking little rabbits in the store as well.
