She was so knowledgable and by asking me questions about the dog, knew which brand we needed! You even ran and got me a poop bag holder and bags, when 2 other staff were at the cash point - 1 had just pointed and gave me directions to where they were whilst the other stood and watched our conversation. Toni was fantastic and she helped me find high quality harnesses which were the perfect size, whilst helping me fit them, she made my pups a puppychino, they also got a treat too, and of course lots of cuddles! The store offers lots of items, toys, treats, various accessories etc, and my pups loved the experience, they even came home with a new toy each and got to meet another wee dog too. Highly recommend them and we will definitely be back”
