Perhaps a more positive staff attitude and an earlier start on market day might be nicer for us customers.”

“Been fishing for years myself but now my 13 year old lad is really getting the bug for it and I can not praise Mark enough for all his help and advice. The shop is well stocked and feels like the old traditional days where you talk fishing and the owner ooozes local knowledge. Our 13 year old with ADHD is a challenge in there but again Mark is awesome with him walks round picks out his bits that he needs (something that stood out to me the other day is that my lad wanted a lure at £9.99 Mark said put that back you need this and this which was better value!) I wouldn’t go anywhere else now and we all enjoy a visit to chunkys even tho mark needs a coffee after our visit! Thanks Mark keep doing what you’re doing my lad enjoys fishing and you are helping him massively without probably knowing.”
