   We have been going here for many years and recently went to get some bark. It was a lot more expensive than other places but we didn’t mind because we thought it would be good quality, as we’ve have brought it from there many times. The purpose of the bark is to STOP weeds!!! We placed it around the gardens and also in some large planters we’ve never used it in the planters before but thought it would look nice. After going away we were shocked to find everywhere we had put the bark there were weeds!! Even in the planter where we had not had weeds before. Baring in mind we only have a small garden so don’t get many weeds but we like the way the bark looks. We were both shocked!!! They have obviously cut corners because when I was laying the bark there were all sorts of weird things in there which couldn’t be used. For a garden centre that charges such high prices this is an absolute disgrace. Shame on you!!!!!!

   An absolutely fantastic garden centre! Great range of seed potatoes, crops, tools, pest control tools, fertilisers, bird feeders etc. Really recommend it and the staff are all very friendly and helpful.

   Very friendly, helpful young, male assistant had lots of patience when trying coats on dog. Nice cheeky little Turkish delight at the till. Saves going all the way into town to get dog food, etc.
