“Simon is brilliant - very courteous, always on time and great with dogs. My border terrier Bella is not the friendliest but Simon seems toknow what to do. Always helpful - he helped me out at very short notice without any fuss whatsoever! I would highly recommend Simon if you are looking for someone you can trust your pet to. “A hidden gem! We booked a last minute stay in a shepherd’s hut and were so glad we did! Bob and Helen made us so welcome and provide everything to make your stay so comfortable. Set in beautiful countryside with great walks, farm animals - including chickens that provide breakfast eggs, we can’t recommend it highly enough. Great for families with little ones.”

“Our golden Mango is obsessed with daycare. The team at Tom and Toto are always so helpful, friendly and loving towards him. We are very mindful of who we leave Mango with as he is an extremely anxious dog but we never worry about him going to daycare as we know that he is in safe hands. We really wouldn’t send him anywhere else. Trust me, we travel 35 mins to take him every Wednesday! If you’re thinking about it…..do it!”

“Good variety of stuff for your pets, prices fairly low. I do like to support local businesses, unfortunately weren't open before 10am on market day, so they missed a few customers. The staff who did open up were moaning very loudly about a delivery driver who'd needed to deliver before 10...I really didn't want to listen to that. Perhaps a more positive staff attitude and an earlier start on market day might be nicer for us customers.”

“We called in recently as we was looking for a PERFECT FIT HARNESS for our 2 cavapoos . it was the only place we could find them, the young man who fitted them was excellent made sure they fitted them properly ,we now have 2 happy boys who are happy to have them put on , as before their old harness had to go over their head which they did not like, it was certainly worth the 2 hour drive”

Our rescue dog has behavioral issues and Danielle has gone above and beyond with support and advise to help us - The company have meet-ups so you can get to know them better if you wish - They also give text updates after they visit your pet which is great when I'm at work!”

“Been fishing for years myself but now my 13 year old lad is really getting the bug for it and I can not praise Mark enough for all his help and advice. The shop is well stocked and feels like the old traditional days where you talk fishing and the owner ooozes local knowledge. Our 13 year old with ADHD is a challenge in there but again Mark is awesome with him walks round picks out his bits that he needs (something that stood out to me the other day is that my lad wanted a lure at £9.99 Mark said put that back you need this and this which was better value!) I wouldn’t go anywhere else now and we all enjoy a visit to chunkys even tho mark needs a coffee after our visit! Thanks Mark keep doing what you’re doing my lad enjoys fishing and you are helping him massively without probably knowing.”

“Such lovely staff and awesome at what they do. They understand what style of hair cut suits the breed of dog as well as knowing how the owner like it on their pet and they do a fantastic job. You can tell how good they are when it comes to rebooking your dog back in, as they are absolutely stacked out busy, which is a really good sign of a company that is good at what they do. Wouldn’t go anywhere else and would highly recommend them to everyone!”
