“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding service from Aaron – a gold standard experience! From the moment we called Maidenhead Aquatics in Norwich, Aaron went above and beyond. He patiently took two calls in advance of our visit, talking us through every detail of how to properly prepare our aquarium. His advice was clear, thoughtful, and so reassuring. When we arrived in store, Aaron truly shone. He took the time to educate us about each species, carefully guiding us through the options and helping us create the perfect, harmonious environment for our fish and invertebrates. It was never about selling – it was all about the welfare of the animals and ensuring we understood how to care for them properly. Thanks to Aaron’s expertise, we left with a well-balanced and beautiful community: a Snow White Guppy, a Rainbow Guppy, a Neon Tetra, two Yellow Shrimp, and a charming Zebra Nerite Snail – plus one very happy niece! The knowledge, care and genuine passion Aaron brought to the experience was second to none. He made us feel confident, excited, and completely supported as new fishkeepers. We couldn’t be more grateful – thank you, Aaron!”

“We had great service from all the staff, but especially Shannon on reception. So helpful with every request we made. Breakfast had plenty of healthy options and the chef produced great poached eggs when requested. Topping them with chives was a lovely touch. The room was all we would expect at a Holiday Inn, especially commend how clean they were after the daily visit by house team. Finally the provision of a luggage trolley was particularly helpful for those of us with mobility issues who can’t carry much luggage ourselves.”

“The place is so affordable and in such a convenient location. The staff are lovely and always happy to help. Comfy beds and beautiful view out over the water. Charley was especially welcoming. It was lovely coming down for breakfast each morning and the housekeeping in the hotel was lovely”

“Stayed at Premier Inn Duke Street. Had a great stay. Suzanna checked us in and was very helpful. We stayed in a Premium Plus room, much nicer than the standard rooms. Very quiet and comfortable. Very happy with our stay.”

“I love this hotel. It's basic but clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I also really like that you have to ask to get towels and bed linens changed, and the staff don't bother you unless you ask. I've stayed twice and both times had a room overlooking the back garden and river, which is so peaceful. The shower pressure is wonderful. The location is great, being right next door to the station. The only think I would like to change is being able to have a breakfast (which has good coffee!) that isn't a buffet for a lower price. The breakfast is good though!”

“Very quiet best nights sleep I've had in a hotel in Norwich and I've used alot. Only thing letting our stay down was beefeater next door very unruly children screaming at breakfast bouncing on chairs and parent plus staff doing nothing about it. Stay in the hotel again but will never use beefeater again”

“Got some male and female guppies. 4 platys 2 other long fish All for a cheap decent bargain but the more you buy the cheaper it becomes like a deal. Definitely love the red platys and the guppies as they add so much colour”

Especially helpful regarding advice and supplies for chicken keeping. As we have no car the delivery of large, heavy and bulky items has been very much appreciated.”

“I used North Norfolk Small Pet Hotel to look after my daughters two Guinea pigs whilst away for our summer holiday this August. Niamh was happy to accommodate our piggies indoor cage and their daily cleaning, to mirror their home routine. I couldn’t have asked for a better service, our piggies were happy and healthy when we collected them and perfectly clean. You could tell Niamh just loves animals so much and treats your pets like her own, while in her care. Will definitely be using again if available, and would highly recommend to other small pet owners.”

“Sara & Tara looked after our cats in our home whilst we were away on holiday this week. What a diligent and professional service. One of my cats is quite timid but after the first visit she came out from behind the sofa and made friends. We received regular updates and when we came home it was obvious that our cats had been very well cared for. Thank you ladies. You couldn’t have provided a better service and this was much easier than using a cattery. Love the extra services like bringing in parcels and putting the bins out. X”

“Would definitely recommend Vicki at Pristine Pooches. A great groomer. She does a great job of grooming Rossi (Newfoundland). Don't know how she manages him so well as he is as big as she is! Feel very comfortable with Vicki and leaving Rossi with her - she is clearly a real dog lover! We also visited her before Rossi's first groom to have a look at the grooming room. Looks as though she has spent a lot of time and money on getting it right. Would recommend her 100%.”

“Dan provides a holiday pet care service which is great. It means my two cats can stay at home where they are comfortable rather than go into a cattery if I go away. They get fed, looked after and given lots of attention and Dan keeps me updated, including pics of my pets, which gives me the reassurance that everything is going well at home so I can fully relax on my holidays! Highly recommended!”

“Absolutely top-notch bunny sitting service, extremely responsive, very thorough! Not everyone can take on visiting 3 times per day for 22 adorable rehomed bunnies, including several elderly /poorly rabbits in need of medications and nebulising (especially when I didn't know the exact dates until 2 days before)! Ryan visited twice before hand to ensure they knew exactly what was required and to meet everybun, and to ensure he knew where everything was and had all of their profiled details. Such a relief to know can go away again with peace of mind knowing they are in responsible, experienced hands!”
