“Ben and Sean gave us fantastic service. Extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and gave us plenty of time and space to choose our mattress. The Sleepmatch machine was a game changer! We were greeted immediately and offered drinks upon entering and were even offered pillows to use to try out mattresses properly which was a nice touch. Can’t fault the service and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else to buy anything bed-related.”

We decided to try kestrel and my goodness we were so glad we did, the quality of materials used, together with their attention to detail was exemplary. The plans supplied were incredibly detailed enabling our builders to fit the units with ease. Whenever we raised a query or needed advice either Paul or Jamie answered our questions quickly and sound advice was given to us at all times . I could not praise Kestrel enough, the kitchen is beautiful and if I ever had occasion to buy another i would not hesitate to use them again. They are quality in every way.”

“I have used MKM as my main supplier for a number of years now, these are my reasons; Stock - they always have what i need. If there is something I need that requires special order, it is there when i need it. Pricing - they constantly review my account, purchase history and new orders. I have never asked for discount because the business manager conscientiously does this for me. Branch Staff - all staff within the branch are very welcoming, nothing is too much trouble for them. Having got to know them over the years, they all give 100% of their time Yard Staff - as above, the people that help load the materials are amazing at what they do. It is very helpful that everything is brought to the vehicle and then helped to load. I give credit to everyone there and thank them for constantly providing an absolutely incredible service. Additionally, I use their hire service. Ian and his colleagues offer first rate service and extremely competitive prices. The delivery costs me £15.00 each way, a small fee considering what is involved, and so i can stay on site knowing the equipment will arrive within the timeframe. I highly recommend the hire service MKM provide.”

“We arrived in furniture village had a good look around. Was approached my a man called Chris who was so helpful. I wanted kitchen chairs, bar stool's and two sofas all to matched for kitchen I knew what fabric I needed & he found every item I needed & it all matched which was perfect . He was so easy to talk to & told us all about the quality of it all & then i thought i remembered i needed a coffee table for lounge & I told him the style I like & was showed a few by the style I liked & we found the ideal one so we purchase that as well. So I found everything I came in for & matched so I’m very happy with the service by Chris which was fabulous I would definitely recommend him to friends for the great service I received. The craft section is a real find with so many wonderful items all at a fraction of what I would normally pay. “I went to Screwfix White Lodge Norwich today for a 4 way long extension lead. I’d tried online but without success. Mark was extremely helpful. I needed the lead today and he navigated the site until he found one. Unfortunately a lot of items were next day delivery but he kept on trying and I now have just what I need. Mark is a real credit to Screwfix and you’re lucky to have him.”
