“We ordered a round table and had it delivered within a couple of days. The two guys delivering were great and brought the table in to a room of our choice and started to build the table, but noticed one of the tabletop sections had a split laminate on an edge. I didn't notice this until it was pointed out, and they kept saying they couldn't leave it like that and called their manager. They were very apologetic and left with the damaged section and returned back in the time-frame given and completed the installation. I have used Recycled Business Furniture before and they still have the same mindset of customer satisfaction. I cannot fault them in any way and highly recommend their services.”

“We first frequented this store on New Year’s Day (‘24) after visiting many other sofa stores. We dealt with Darren who was very good. He knows his stuff, listens to what you want as a customer and helpfully suggests styles, features, colours and materials without being pushy. We found our perfect sofa but couldn’t make a firm decision on colour, so we left but ordered some samples on-line which once they arrived a few days later really helped make our choice for us. We have since returned to the branch to order the sofa through Darren - Only fair as he spent the time with us advising/selling a couple of weeks back. I should say that out of all the sofa/furniture stores at this retail park Furniture Village impressed us the most with the presentation in general, cleanliness, easy-going salesman etc.”

They’ve packed so much choice and variety in such a small showroom. Well presented. It’s great to have parking facility just outside the showroom.”

Allan and Abeir were a superb team with their advice and patience with us throughout the planning. The whole team is lovely and friendly. The quality of the Schmidt kitchen is absolutely outstanding as are the Dekton worktops. The company that came to fit the worktops were an outstanding group of guys who worked really hard and got a totally superb result. Being particularly fastidious customers Allan and Abeir even took us to the Dekton warehouse so that we could choose from the actual Dekton slab the area that we wanted to be on the Island. Superb service all the way! Would 100% recommend Schmidt Reading. I’m going to miss you guys but thank you for everything. We totally love our new kitchen!”
