“We have enjoyed using our bespoke wooden kitchen for 4 month now. Darryl was very friendly on our first visit to the showroom. He really emphasised that their team have the skills to make your design a reality. We can vouch by the end result of our kitchen, that they absolutely do. Chris, the master craftsman and Brent, the expert finisher did a fine job in making it. The balance of the kitchen looks great. We especially love our semi-integrated dishwasher that Chris worked into the kitchen with a wooden front. It looks absolutely awesome. The solid feel of the doors and worktop, coupled with the history and nature of the reclaimed wood is exactly what we wanted. You are getting extremely high quality substantial furniture. We had a few minor worries. However, Chris and Brent never shied away from working to find a solution, and always came up with one. They were genuine, friendly, and conscientious throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks again, for the great looking kitchen you have made for us. William and Rachael.”

“Absolutely love my new wardrobes. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. James came out to see me to measure up and discuss options bringing all samples with him so I could see what matched my room and furniture. Fully bespoke. And gave me a price on the day. He encouraged me to visit his showroom before placing an order which I have done and the moment I did I wanted to place that order. I did shop around and I’ve also visited homes of people that have had them gotten by this company before and see photographs and James Kilner comes highly recommended and now I know why. I have had quotes and plans from many other well known specialists but JK were by far better quality, better service, and offered more than expected. The fitting team were brilliant guys very cheerful, respectful and excellent in their craft. My wardrobes look like they have always been there. Precision measurement and quality. I have also had a neighbour round to look at them with a view to buying some. All fitted in about half a day with then the electrician and carpet fitter to complete. I am over the moon in love with them. Please go and see the quality in the showrooms and get a quote. The customer service and the manner in which I was treated played a heavy role in why I chose this company also. And that is a massively different experience I’ve had from other companies. “Really nice furniture, an easy online selection and purchase, payment was easy enough via invoice to the company in this case, once paid the delivery was booked to be on a day and time of my convenience, which was great. I got a call from the driver 30 mins from delivery as promised, and he turned up on time, and had 2 desks and chairs installed before I could drink my cup of tea! A really nice company to deal with, good communication and very nice, but affordable quality furniture - I could not ask for more! Thank you”

“Absolutely fabulous service, quality sofas and chairs. Visited twice during the weekend. Once to see what was suitable & available, second to purchase as we found the whole experience great and the item wanted just right. Gemma served us both times and was so thoughtful, knowledgeable and patient. She did not pressure sell which is a big thing. We bought a La_z_boy motorised head and tilt loveseat which serves my needs completely. I am disabled and needed to buy the 'right' chair as I sit in it a lot every day. The price was good and even the extra for the head tilt and lumber mechanism was reasonable. I also purchased the insurance as it covers let damage as well as the usual things. The time it will take for my chair to be made and diverted is acceptable. I am really looking forward to it's arrival. Gemma made a positive impressin on us lovely. I would highly recommend KC Sofas Chesterfield to everyone wanting quality service, sofas, and/or chairs at the reasonable price. DELIVERY My new live seat was delivered this morning by Sam and Kami, who gave a pre arrival phone call which was much appreciated. They were great to work with, really flexible, and happy to refine our designs as we made a few changes along the way. We visited the showroom, which gave us more ideas, and they were happy to incorporate everything we wanted. They booked us in for a date that worked for us, and on the day the team were super friendly, efficient, and tidy! Everything was done on time, with no hassle at all. The corner sofa is comfortable and very well looking in our living room. The salesperson was very helpful and patient. The waiting delivery time was not too long and arrived even early than expected.
