“Had trouble with the couch I purchased fitting through my hallway, the delivery men were very helpful, took it away and then the manager sorted adapting the couch. Arms were removed and fitted back on once the couch was re delivered and in the correct place. The manager at the store wouldn't take any extra money and instead insisted I made a donation to Marie Curie, which I did. Even better thing was, this was all completed in a couple of days. Excellent service.”

“From the initial vist to discuss what I wanted through the planning process, the survey and the fit I could not have asked for better from My Beautiful Kitchen and Bathroom. Emily was great and very patient when helping me to plan out my new bathroom. When Benn came to do the survey, he was very helpful and adjusted a couple of things to fit. However, I could not praise David and his team highly enough when they came to do the fit. David kept in touch the whole time, keeping me up to date with every stage and timings. The team worked very hard and were very clean. I am delighted with my new bathroom. I highly recommend My Beautiful Kitchen and Bathroom.”

Great place to shop. Prices are good for household items too like laundry detergent and fabric conditioner the staff are very kind and helpful. They put all my purchases into the rucksack on the back of my electric wheelchair.”

She called for assistance, of which another lovely assistant led me to the phones safety, and returned it to me. “Good range of goods and furniture and you always find something extra to buy apart from what you go for. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. The only cloud on our last visit was organising a Hertz van to self deliver our goods, the app. wouldn't let us or the staff to order one so we had to arrange our own van hire. But, the staff were as helpful as they could have using the rules and policies in place. You can't order in advance or pay for stuff to pickup apart from on the day if they can't deliver on suitable days for you. Won't stop us going again, one of those things”
