Just bought an ottoman bed and pocket mattress and I'm chuffed! Brilliant value and the customer service was top-notch! They patiently answered all my questions, never making me feel like any bother. On Monday I contacted the Mattress Store by telephone. I had a pretty clear idea of the type of mattress that I wanted. Being elderly and not very mobile it was important that my old mattress was removed. No problem, a brief discussion with a member of the Mattress Store team and my needs were met. On Tuesday afternoon two helpful delivery guys swapped old for new and I enjoyed a restful night and all this at a reasonable cost! BK Falkirk

Just got my ottoman bed from the wee mattress shop in kirki great buy & quality , proper good stuff , the pocket spring memory foam mattress was the best !! Got a 7 year guarantee with it also, defo recommend !!
