“I have recently decided to get back into hi-fi after many years of using streaming devices only I decided I wanted to get back to vinyl and a proper stereo set up for my living room. I went into it blind and was helped immeasurably by Allan, (the owner of Loud & Clear), not only did he provide expert advice but also demonstrated products within my price range, and even although I am just starting out on my journey and did not have a huge budget, I felt he gave me a first rate experience like I was spending a million bucks. It has changed not only my life but my whole family now sit down and enjoy listening to records again which has been a wonderful revelation to us all. Then, when I had a problem a year later, he took in my gear back to the shop, found the fault and then brought me in to the store to hear it all before returning everything and explaining where I had gone wrong, and all with no extra charge, now that's what I call great customer after care. I cannot recommend them enough, no matter your budget, high or low, they are super helpful and have a wealth of knowledge like no other hi-fi shop I've ever encountered. I am now on the road to becoming a rookie audiophile and I know where I'll be shopping every step of the way as I progress, the choice really is... "Loud & Clear"”

“Bought a significant amount of items from 121 over the last month and all were delivered when estimated. There was a glitch on a bundle price and the team swiftly updated it. Communication was great and there were no surprises. Also worth noting the the delivery logistics being somewhat more complex than normal were great and that logistics firm/ delivery firm were also excellent. Brilliant service throughout.”

“From the initial vist to discuss what I wanted through the planning process, the survey and the fit I could not have asked for better from My Beautiful Kitchen and Bathroom. Emily was great and very patient when helping me to plan out my new bathroom. When Benn came to do the survey, he was very helpful and adjusted a couple of things to fit. However, I could not praise David and his team highly enough when they came to do the fit. David kept in touch the whole time, keeping me up to date with every stage and timings. “Had trouble with the couch I purchased fitting through my hallway, the delivery men were very helpful, took it away and then the manager sorted adapting the couch. Arms were removed and fitted back on once the couch was re delivered and in the correct place. The manager at the store wouldn't take any extra money and instead insisted I made a donation to Marie Curie, which I did. Even better thing was, this was all completed in a couple of days. Excellent service.”
