“I love B&M stores Always a pleasant shopping experience whither it's for one item or for a full shop. There were a few items that I couldn't locate and staff member was very helpful in taking me to what I was looking for. The shop was busy but it was clean and still tidy. The produce it of good quality and what we have come to expect from this B&M chain. I've found this branch has a good customer value standard. The checkout staff were pleasant and swift to put you through. There was an elderly woman infront of me and I'm pleased to say that the checkout lady was very patient and with respect to the other customers, called for another checkout to be opened. ....nicely and tactfully done. Good quality and value for money products sold in store.”

“Went here to look for Black out roller blinds . There was a good selection available. I found a Black hessian blind i loved, it was very thick, expensive looking and not expensive to buy. They were easy to trim and fit to the size i needed. So glad I bought the 3 I needed for my bay window .”

“My experience yesterday was amazing! We just recently got a bed from the range which broke on the first night we got it. We didn’t have much money so our budget was quite tight. We had a look around and Ali the owner was incredible! He help us pick our bed and done it for a very good price which was within our budget. I couldn’t recommend this place more! He even drove it to our house for us 10 minutes after the purchase. There is a reason this man has had his business in Paisley for over 20 years! “Excellent customer service with Gerry at Abbotsinch today purchasing my new mattress. Friendly welcome as soon as I arrived at the store and recommended the Sleepmaster system which would help me choose the best mattress for me. Gerry was so helpful and patient in helping me understand the differences between the mattresses he showed me and was able to offer a fantastic price including mattress protection cover, a great new pillow and a mattress protector. Gerry even helped me take them out to my car which is definitely above and beyond. Couldn’t be happier with my new mattress and can’t wait until it’s delivered in a couple of weeks, thoroughly recommend this store and the professional and friendly help from Gerry. He’s an asset to the team.”

Yes, they are a bit more expensive than some but that reflects in the quality service. Everything from getting the quote to having the work carried out took less than a week. The chap that arrived to do the work, who's name I have forgotten was in and out in no time having done one of the neatest bits of plumbing I've ever seen. Derek, who dealt with my enquiry and emails was incredibly helpful and even allowed me to pay for the job on the day with when I had mentioned that paying up front made me feel a bit uneasy, however not a concern I'd have again in the future.
