   Staff actively avoid helping people. If it wasn't for the saw there is no way we would use this place. The Delivery service is a joke, never comes the date you get on website. You phone and it goes to some African country, the language barrier is ridiculous, you get no help at all. You email no reply. You eventually get a UK number, no one answering you leave a message, no reply. I don't know how long this company will last.

   As Carlos Tirado says, however, it's not just the Trade Point that is the problem. B&Q must be the worst ran business in Scotland. How they are still in business is an enigma. The staff haven't a clue, are unhelpful and after several examples of being given totally wrong advice, the only time that I ever use the place is if it's absolutely necessary.
