Excellent experience at this paisley store items were clearly sectioned and labed and thereβs acafe and a Greggs if ur hungry and theres awesome discount on lamps and sofas staff are lovely and helpful when checkout. And heating was on during the colder winter months visted on a Thursday 18th December 25 Would recommend and will be coming back!

We had a great experience. I have never bought a bulb myself and was buying a new lamp. I had no ideas about sizes or brightness and one of the staff (Martin I think was his name) was delightful and helpful. He helped us choose the perfect one and even showed us how it looks in the lamp.

Ordered cluster lights for click and collect at this store (not my local one so had to travel) and when I went to collect them not only did we have to wait 15 minutes for the assistant manager Ian to go get them, he came back to say my order was no longer there. I asked how that was possible as I only just received a reminder email that morning. He had no interest at all and lacked any form of customer service. I asked if he could check upstairs for me to which he said he had and that the only ones they could offer me were blue lights (I ordered warm white). I said they were of no use but what is the point of the click and collect service if they are just going to give the item youβve paid for to someone else. As I was doing this he was processing the refund without telling me as if to say here take your money back and go. He barely uttered a word and was very rude. The parking is also a joke, massive queue to get out as only one way in, one way out and the lights donβt stay on long to get on to the main road. Will not be back here.

Absolutely shocking , not once did the female serving me even look at me too busy sweeping out her checkout and chatting to another member of staff . Didnβt even hand me my receipt. Contact the store and guy just said hello , when I asked to speak to the manager he then told me he was . Not even an apology. This is second time in this store in past couple of weeks and staff have zero interest in the customer in front of them . I will not be back .

Went here to look for Black out roller blinds . There was a good selection available. I found a Black hessian blind i loved, it was very thick, expensive looking and not expensive to buy. They were easy to trim and fit to the size i needed. So glad I bought the 3 I needed for my bay window .

Very busy on the first Friday of December at 2pm . Helpful staff, good selection of craft items. Quick friendly checkout. Car park congested o took a while to leave as lots of other dtivers blocking exits and not giving way.

We are not complainers - BUT. We had a great time at The Range, Paisley - until we went to the till. I had a coffee upstairs and was served by three delightful ladies while my partner shopped. I then picked up some things I needed on the way to the till. We tied to explain to the lady on the till that we wished to pay separately for our items. She simply didn't understand, and far too quickly grabbed each item to process them while we again tried to explain we wished to pay separately. She then said: 'You keep mixing them up." Well all I can say, madam is: If you listen when people are trying to explain something to you before you start grabbing things and flying them across your little beeper, then you might not get reviews like this for the great company you are privileged to work for. And if I may say so: YOU were the one who mixed up our separate goods because of the hurry you were in while we were explaining something to you. RESULT OF YOUR RUDENESS. The Range will in future be used by us for a bare minimum instead of an afternoon treat including a meal. I refuse to remove any of the 5 stars I give for the most amazing store, but if you worked for me, madam; you would be fired - re-hired, and fired again. Sorry 'Range,' but you have a bad apple there.

Daryl the store assistant on sun 26th October in the Paisley store was of great assistance to me today. I bought a flat pack desk and asked him to take it to counter then my car. He was very pleasant and obliging. I tried to give him a tip and he refused and said itβs all part of the service. Itβs very encouraging to see very polite young people working in the store
