First time visiting this store in paisley and the exprince was excllent heating was on during the colder months great section of deals and discount and even tells u thank you have a good day or night would be back! I would recommend this M&S in paisley!
Today I asked a member of staff for help finding an item. She explained that this was her first day, in fact, her first hour working for m&s. Making intelligent guesses as to where the item I required might be, she then assured me that once she consulted another member of staff, the item would be found. With wonderful assurance, grace and amiability, this asset to your staff did indeed, within seconds, find just what I was looking for, and wishing me a lovely day of shopping, she returned to her duties. Thankyou Leanne, hope I'm spelling your name correctly! You were wonderful, and made my shopping so much more enjoyable today
I love this store so much fresh healthy lovely food. I love M&S fruit and veg I don’t buy anywhere else. The meat abs fish is lovely too. Staff very helpful and polite I’m actually going there shortly
Older blond woman supervising the self scan area is rude. She’s too busy chatting to her friends people are standing with the red light flashing waiting for assistance. She’s makes no communication with you and ignores you when you thank her. There was also a child with his mother who was picking up bakery items and asking his mum for them, obviously she said no and returned the contaminated items to the shelf for some poor bugger to purchase.

Spacious store with extensive variety of fresh and ready made meals. Great cheese counter. Manned, self-service and selfscanning pay points. Sits alongside two other large stores. Busy with traffic entering and leaving. Best to shop early if possible.
Smart clean new store but with the same problems as the old Paisley food hall. Some ready meals not available and 4 pint cartons of milk out of date on the same day of visit. will take more time on my next visit but overall I was not put off.
