   A good range of products held with more available for order. Some items are home delivery only. A reasonably easy website to negotiate. Items can be ordered for pick up at the store. Large car park with disabled spaces at the entrance. The shop entrance is wheelchair accessible. Plenty of room to manoeuvre in the shop. Helpful knowledgeable staff. Usually a very quick service. Help available for taking items to the carpark.

   Before you Argos Furniture, make thorough research and understanding of return policies that can save you hassle later. You may not get your money back as the store will not accept returns. Likewise, customer service is hopeless, and online support is outsourced to untrained staff that will only eat your ears. Store staff is trained in abusing customers politely, denying their complains, blaming them for mishandling the product, and making unsubstantial grounds to refuse your claim. Finally, you end up in dargining heavy loads in frustration. I wish if there could have been laws to deal with such rouges, but unfortunately, there are none. So the best remedy is to avoid getting into such situations.

   Earlier this afternoon I visited the Argos store in Dumbarton for the first time and was extremely impressed with the excellent service which I received. Without going into detail, I cannot praise Michelle the Manager highly enough for her friendly, efficient, understanding and professional handling of my problem - which I would add was not of her making. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Argos Dumbarton based on my experience today and I will definitely be using the store again in future. Many many thanks to Michelle.
