“The last time I was in argos I was looking for a new watch, I had checked out what watches was on the argos website but I decided to go look in argos for my new watch as the website only showed some watches. So the ideal thing is to go into argos and there you would be able to try on the watch and the staff will help you. Where as if you buy on line for your watch it's mostly guess work in will it fit me will it look good etc. So go into argos and let the staff help you with what you want. There is nothing better than speaking to the staff in person, but you can't have a conversation with a website page can you. The staff was most helpful in what I was looking for. A nice place to visit and it's lovely and cool inside away from the hot temperature that's outside. Plus if you visit Argos you could do some shopping in Sainsbury's as well. Sound advice”

“Many years ago, I met the owner of The Ringmaker, John Gilchrist, and he subsequently made a bespoke ring for my wife. He said that at any time in the future a stone could be mounted in the ring. A couple of years ago, a diamond was indeed mounted in the ring. Valerie and other members of John's team could not have more helpful in advising and designing the upgrade. Recently we again contacted the team to commission a replica ring, this time with an Aquamarine stone for our daughter's special birthday. Once again, the service was impeccable.
