   I went to return a parcel after raising a return request for a tripod on the same day I received it, as it was defective. The Argos staff created unnecessary hassle and wasted 25–30 minutes asking repeated questions about why I wanted to return it, despite me clearly stating that the tripod was defective. The staff were very rude, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend dealing with this Argos store. Please ensure your staff are properly trained to handle returns professionally and respectfully.

   Shambles. First of all i get a text on Tuesday to say my item arrived and i have less than 24hrs to collect it.. then when i go to collect it the staff didn’t know how to scan it out (!?!) after waiting around about 20 minutes whilst they figured out how to do it.. i asked for a bag (it was an online order so i clearly can’t ask for a bag when ordering) and she said it’s 40p (watched a women in wheel chair get a bunch of free bags seeing as that server asked if she needed a bag.. didn’t seem to charge her 40p for her 3 bags..). you’d think after the faff they could give a bag to apologise.. half the staff didnt have a clue and the poor manager seemed fed up and run off his feet.. hopefully he can move on to somewhere with competent staff to ease his stress

   Would like to thank Liam the manager at Argos Stockwell st Glasgow .I came into the store to collect my reserved iwatch on Sunday 26th October (as he opened the doors) but I didn't know how to apply my £15 off coupon via my Argos card ..but Liam fixed it all easily.i was very impressed as I thought it would be a big deal ..so Thankyou for all your help and patience...I reccomend Liam and all the team at Argos in Stockwell street Glasgow.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   Went into this store with my daughter to get light bulbs weren't sure what ones the girl behind counter came right out to help her she went out her way to spend time with her made sure she got the correct bulbs sales assistant was Sam keep up the good work sam your doing a grand job service with a smile which you rarely get

   I have been using the store for years now and there is one woman who serves on the counter who has the worst customer service manner ever (dark hair and glasses usually has a hair band on). I work in retail and pretty much do a similar job as her so I understand the pressure of retail. I am always polite but she is so rude I am amazed she still has a job. I try to avoid it now if I can. I cannie be bothered dealing with people like her so I'll take my money elsewhere.

   Good place overall the arcade section was fab. The SAGA technician could not be more kind and helpful. Although the VR had a long queue, its worth the wait. The bowling alley was very good also. But the mini golf was hard to find ones again the SAGA technician directed us to the right place. Special thanks to the SAGA technician for marking our experience better.
