Lots and lots to choose from baby outfits so adorable .Jackie the lady who owns the shop makes you feel very welcome no pressure to buy.wouldnt go anywhere else.
First time in this store today after seeing the store on facebook. As soon as we walked in we were welcomed by the owner’s husband who was very helpful and took time to show us the lay out of the shop. The service was fantastic and we were allowed to look around freely without someone standing over you or following you about the shop. We were not rushed and told if we need any help just to let him know. After purchasing a few items he told us all about the loyalty program they have as well. I was surprised to find out how big the store actually was and how much variety of stock in store and seen the same stock in other stores which had a higher price tag than cuddles and hugs. Needless to say this will be my new go to baby shop.
In all my years of shopping in various baby shops in Scotland, I have never felt so intimidated and unwelcome in a shop. I was going to make a purchase of a dress which I was waiting on a second opinion of, and was looking at the rest of the items available and the gentleman followed me and stood and watched as I was browsing. There was absolutely no need at all to act in this way and I did not appreciate the attitude. Needless to say I left the purchase and will not return or recommend.
Every time I go to cuddles and hugs I’m always welcomed with a smile. The girls who work here are amazing.. always helpful. Every time I’m in I’ve always walked away with a gift from staff. Yesterday I was in and got my son new stuff and again I got free socks to go with his outfits. Lovely girls and wouldn’t shop anywhere else, always full of stock and will try there best to source more sizes for you x
Been going here since my little girl was born wouldn’t go anywhere else for baby clothes, stuff is always beautiful & brilliant prices! Jaqui is also very helpful and even delivered items I have purchased to my house.
The staff here are so lovely and really helpful, i bought this romper it's so soft! The quality is honestly fantastic. Also bought these bibs and got them personalised, they turned out beautiful.
