Caroline is so warm and welcoming, and the class is great value for money. Out of all the baby activities we’ve tried, this is the one I’d definitely recommend!”

“Went to Halfords to look for a bike for one of my sons. Was helped by a very helpful chap named Brian. After asking us some questions, we settled on a Carrera Crossfire 2. Brian was quite happy to explain the differences between the 3 models. At no point did we feel under any pressure from Brian to make a choice or to hurry up. He was more than happy to answer all our questions. It was a delight being served by Brian. We came back two months later and bought another bike for one of my other sons. I expect to go back and purchase another bike for my daughter soon. Can't thank Brian enough for his assistance and his knowledge is excellent, as is his attitude to customer service. Thank you Brian. Fantastic !!!”

“Initially had a bad experience here with an emergency prescription but since then have never had any issues. The pharmacist has been helpful when I've asked questions. You no longer have to wait outside unless there's already a queue in the shop (it's a small chemist, so indoor space is limited)”

“We have had 2 wonderful experiences at Window to the Womb - a scan at 11 weeks for some reassurance after a UTI and then our gender scan at 15+3 weeks. On both occasions, staff have been so lovely, supportive and approachable. I felt extremely comfortable from the minute I walked into the clinic. I had the same sonographer on both occasions and she was amazing - explained everything clearly to us and really made us feel at ease. We got great scan photos too, very clear and exactly what you want to give you the reassurance you need. Would highly recommend Window to the Womb, we can't wait to return for our 4D scan!”

“I absolutely love this shop!!! On the days I am well enough I enjoy coming here in my electric wheelchair. There’s so much stuff. I like all the home stuff and particularly the garden centre. Great place to shop. Prices are good for household items too like laundry detergent and fabric conditioner the staff are very kind and helpful. They put all my purchases into the rucksack on the back of my electric wheelchair.”

“Had an absolutely amazing time at the Glasgow pram centre. Keira who helped us was incredible, she had an amazing knowledge and passion for what she does and really got mum and dad excited for shopping for a new travel system and helped us pick out the perfect pram for our needs. The Glasgow pram centre is like a right of passage for new Scottish parents and I can completely see why. I will definitely be recommending to all my friends who will be parents soon.”

“I love B&M stores Always a pleasant shopping experience whither it's for one item or for a full shop. There were a few items that I couldn't locate and staff member was very helpful in taking me to what I was looking for. The shop was busy but it was clean and still tidy. The produce it of good quality and what we have come to expect from this B&M chain. I've found this branch has a good customer value standard. The checkout staff were pleasant and swift to put you through. There was an elderly woman infront of me and I'm pleased to say that the checkout lady was very patient and with respect to the other customers, called for another checkout to be opened. ....nicely and tactfully done. Good quality and value for money products sold in store.”

“Needed some furniture but couldn't find it. The first store person I asked was not very helpful. Just said they worked on tills, and if not upstairs, then they wouldn't have any, and we couldn't order online. The second person was totally different and went above and beyond looking for it in other stores and then went and asked manager who located what we were looking for and put behind tills for us. I couldn't see a name badge to mention her on here as she deserves recognition for being outstanding but the manager will know who she is and hopefully thank her again for us as we spent a lot of money in there today and if it hadn't been for her today we would have taken our custom elsewhere”

“Always find the staff, helpful and polite. Had an experience today, left my phone on a shelf in store, I returned to be greeted by a lovely assistant on till 1, end one nearest door anyway. She called for assistance, of which another lovely assistant led me to the phones safety, and returned it to me. Hopefully these positive remarks get filtered through, does give oneself a boost, in difficult times.”
