“This store is always spotless and well stocked .easy access for all especially those with blue badge. I use this store almost daily, staff are local to the area very friendly and helpful .last week I struggled to carry my purchases droping some on the floor, a male assistant came round from the till got me replacement items put them in a bag for me. As i was having a bad day difficulty walking, this ment a lot . Thank you Lesley”

“Nomination for Outstanding Service – a special member of staff , MD, ASDA Hamilton I would like to nominate Marry D for exceptional customer service following my visit to ASDA Hamilton on Friday evening, 28th November. During my visit, I had already spoken with a couple of team members and through no fault of their own, I still hadn’t been able to find the specialist products I needed and that i didn't even know that i needed. I was just about ready to leave the store thinking the trip might have been pointless. Then I met Marry. Marry immediately stopped what she was doing and gave me her full, undivided attention. Her excellent product knowledge, understanding of product placement and her natural desire to help customers meant she knew exactly what I was looking for and where to find it. Thanks entirely to her, I left the store with everything I needed, something that simply wouldn’t have happened without her assistance. Marry is a special person and a genuinely valuable member of staff. Her warm, professional manner and dedication turned my whole experience around. I also spoke with Martin, one of the on-duty managers, who was equally fantastic. Martin saw exactly where i was coming from and he had an Immediate appreciation for Mary's customer service contribution. I hope this nomination contributes towards any in-house ASDA recognition or rewards for outstanding service, because Marry absolutely deserves it. “The last time I was in argos I was looking for a new watch, I had checked out what watches was on the argos website but I decided to go look in argos for my new watch as the website only showed some watches. So the ideal thing is to go into argos and there you would be able to try on the watch and the staff will help you. Where as if you buy on line for your watch it's mostly guess work in will it fit me will it look good etc. So go into argos and let the staff help you with what you want. There is nothing better than speaking to the staff in person, but you can't have a conversation with a website page can you. The staff was most helpful in what I was looking for. A nice place to visit and it's lovely and cool inside away from the hot temperature that's outside. Plus if you visit Argos you could do some shopping in Sainsbury's as well. Sound advice”

“This place is lovely, brilliant idea, my partner and I just handed in some clothing items to the shop that will go back to the hub to distribute to their shops. Got a cracking deal on a crib mobile for our little one [8 quid ]and some vests ect all at next to nothing , we pop in and out every so often for a nosey for other decent deals”

“We have had 2 wonderful experiences at Window to the Womb - a scan at 11 weeks for some reassurance after a UTI and then our gender scan at 15+3 weeks. On both occasions, staff have been so lovely, supportive and approachable. I felt extremely comfortable from the minute I walked into the clinic. I had the same sonographer on both occasions and she was amazing - explained everything clearly to us and really made us feel at ease. We got great scan photos too, very clear and exactly what you want to give you the reassurance you need. Would highly recommend Window to the Womb, we can't wait to return for our 4D scan!”

“Well as part of a chain of shops it is easy to see how everything and everyone goes by the same standards as laid down by the company and their directives but this branch always seems to be the one that shines in comparison to others in the area. Toilets are always clean and to say they actually have toilet paper in their too which in some branches you have to check before you lock the door just in case. Always find someone at the self scan and at a manned till. Whereas some times I have to ask for someone to use the manned tills if I have a little too much for the self scan area. So hands down it is my go to 'local aldi despite the fact it is nae my local by a few miles”

“pretty good. sells most essentials (washing, cleaning, milk), as well as, seasonally, small appiliances and gifts. Good in this area particularly because Mcolls recently closed and saves a trip down to Asda.”

“Shopped instore on Saturday 20th July. Was assisted by a lovely staff member Carly, gorgeous curls. Carly was really knowledgeable, extremely helpful and kind. All done with a smile. I really appreciated her help. Other staff in gents department were also really helpful.”

“Went to a checkout as I’m fed up with these self checkouts. It’s normally a nightmare if you’re buying an item with a security tag. One staff member for approximately 10 plus self checkouts is the standard for most places. Bethany on the staffed checkout very helpful and quick. Prefer staffed checkouts”
