    I visited the Iceland store recently and had a disappointing experience. While I was quietly shopping and talking to my sister on speakerphone, a staff member/security guard told me I “couldn’t do that here,” even though I wasn’t at the checkout or disturbing anyone. It felt rude and unnecessary. I’ve since seen that other customers have had similar experiences, which makes me feel even more disappointed. I hope the store trains its staff to speak to customers with more respect shoppers deserve to feel comfortable and welcome.

    Poor customer service. Had a elderly relative with me, to fill his freezer. As you can't park anywhere near the shop we took the trolley around the corner to the car park. Security came after us shouting you can't take that trolley. How else do we get all the shopping to the car. We did take the trolley and my 90 year old relative took the trolley back. Nothing was said to him. Why can't you have a return service from trolleys in the car park? That's why most people only do a small shop in this Iceland.

    Iceland isn't the most reasonably priced food shop, but it does have a few gems. The store is always clean and tidy. Security is on point. Sometimes only one till serving, and some of the staff a little chatty

    The staff are friendly and helpful.It is usually easy to find what I am looking for.But Iceland are like every where else and are bumbing there prices up. Also I couldn't get a home delivery even though it was barely 3pm and the shop was nearly empty.
