“Came for Valentine's night, the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Food was delicious, we shared a starter of nachos which were tasty, my husband had the fillet steak he said the steak was magic but the peppercorn sauce let it down, it was just like a gravy with peppercorns in it. But he still enjoyed the meal. My hunters chicken was delicious can't fault it at all, too full for dessert, please consider putting cheesecake on your dessert menu lol. We will definitely be back, you are a credit to Hamilton”

“Another one on the list that I've wanted to visit for a long time having heard only good things about the place. One word needed to describe the place - exceptional. Staff are super friendly, tasteful decoration complimented with a soundtrack to suit. Food was delicious, so much choice and plenty of vegetarian options available. All dishes were well presented. Attention to detail, from staff that evidently have passion for what they serve. Cannot recommend this place enough. I will definitely be back soon.”

“Stayed here a couple of times and I have to say that as far as Premiere Inns go this is probably the best hotel nationally. New clean premises and great service all around. Quiet location off M74, but only 10-15 min to Glasgow Center. Cinema and big shops at the doorstep. Big shout-out to Denise at reception who helped make the stay of our group of 10 as pleasant and smooth as possible”

I use this store almost daily, staff are local to the area very friendly and helpful .last week I struggled to carry my purchases droping some on the floor, a male assistant came round from the till got me replacement items put them in a bag for me. “Nomination for Outstanding Service – a special member of staff , MD, ASDA Hamilton I would like to nominate Marry D for exceptional customer service following my visit to ASDA Hamilton on Friday evening, 28th November. During my visit, I had already spoken with a couple of team members and through no fault of their own, I still hadn’t been able to find the specialist products I needed and that i didn't even know that i needed. I was just about ready to leave the store thinking the trip might have been pointless. Then I met Marry. Marry immediately stopped what she was doing and gave me her full, undivided attention. Her excellent product knowledge, understanding of product placement and her natural desire to help customers meant she knew exactly what I was looking for and where to find it. Thanks entirely to her, I left the store with everything I needed, something that simply wouldn’t have happened without her assistance. Marry is a special person and a genuinely valuable member of staff. Her warm, professional manner and dedication turned my whole experience around. I also spoke with Martin, one of the on-duty managers, who was equally fantastic. Martin saw exactly where i was coming from and he had an Immediate appreciation for Mary's customer service contribution. I hope this nomination contributes towards any in-house ASDA recognition or rewards for outstanding service, because Marry absolutely deserves it. “The chicken Tikka pizza was good but the doner kebab was fantastic. It could have been a little warmer but SO. MUCH. MEAT! You could have tracked the delivery time with an egg timer - my partner regularly raves about how quickly food arrives, it turns out it's no exaggeration. Definitely ordering delivery again before I head back to the States.”
