   I went here for Essence flavoured still water and frozen mashed potatoes. I managed to get the 6 bottles I wanted of forest fruits and raspberry & strawberry, but couldn't find plain frozen mash- only garlic or other flavours.

   Sorry but my star rating has deminished from a three to just 1 for a third time I went to do freezer shopping and for the third time was told there was no home delivery yet staff were going around doing home online orders I proceed to continue with my shop and unfortunately I found there prices were expensive I ended up with spending £40 on one bag of 11 items sorry Iceland but once I enjoyed shopping with you but now I won't be back you've lost my custom

   As a regular customer have been recently inconvenienced and humiliated at the till. I buy lemon and lime water in bulk for my mother. However, staff have now been instructed that each and every item must be placed on the conveyor belt. Therefore, twice I have be instructed by security to place all bottle packs on belt. Physically difficult/tiring, and embarrassing being watched by security. Needless to say I have sourced this item elsewhere, and don't plan on coming back.

   Great stock levels. Usual good value range available. No problems with parking. Store clean and well laid out. Staff always on hand. Tills well manned so a seamless shopping experience is guaranteed . A lot of gourmet options available too. I would reccomend this store. Ideal for those of us on a budget.
