   Shocking customer service. 3 hours 40 minutes for a delivery due to road closures that the restaurant were well aware was happening. Didn't turn off just eat they just continued to take orders knowing they couldn't fulfill the delivery. Called them up and they were extremely rude, blaming just eat for not collecting it even though they knew just eat couldn't collect it. Went through just eat to say the order hadn't arrived and requested a refund which the restaurant said I'd get immediately. The restaurant then decided it was acceptable to attempt delivery 3 hours 40 minutes later when no one was in. So as it stands they get my money because they delivered it when it was supposed to be cancelled. Someone WILL be refunding my £30. Will never step foot back in this disgusting place. Profit over customer service clearly.

   Went here after not having been in years and the masterpiece and soup is still spot on. We enjoyed it so much, my husband and I came all the way from Glasgow again the next day to have it again. Only thing I did notice that always makes me feel so cringe is the guy serving was quite snappy with another girl serving in front of us and a few other customers which I don't like to see. Assuming he's the owner. Other than that though, I felt the quality and value for money is good x

   Went here because it was the only place open on a sunday, bit stingy with the breakfast rolls compared to p'eats and the quality of the food was mediocre staff seemed a bit underwhelmed. The cakes looked nice but didn't buy any.

   Thought I’d get a coffee while waiting at a car garage nearby for my car. Given the great reviews - I was excited to try the coffee. I was standing outside the hatch and one of the very rude staff didn’t even acknowledge as it looked she was busy packing a takeaway order. I stood patiently, still zero acknowledgment, I wasn’t even sure if they were open. I then asked “hi is someone going to serve?” She abruptly replied “someone will be with you in a minute!!!” Her response was as if I was asking for a favor. Eventually I did get served. Awful coffee, absolutely rude and terrible staff!!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would.
