Excellent service this afternoon even though very busy. Rowan was especially helpful and took time to chat even though really busy. Send her over to Costa Motherwell to teach them some customer service!!!
Shop very busy this morning Manageress Kay and her staff are first class even under pressure including her new start today Even the vising HR man mucked in ensuring all had a seat, orders take, coffee taken to to individual customer seats, ensuring a seat for a dog owner HR man also emptying bins, taking disher to dishwasher and Kat buzzing around keeping everything under control Great job Great staff Well done all round
Larkhall Costa seems to be the best I've experienced. Especially today when a young lad was working diligently and made 2 perfect lattes to takeaway. Motherwell Costa could do with your training ❤️
I live in the very close vicinity to Costa Larkhall. Just paid one of my (almost) daily visits. The girls here are so friendly, make an excellent cup of coffee and the place is always spotless. I had popped in for a cold drink after meeting my partner for a coffee in a different coffee shop chain in a different town. There was no comparison. In the other place I had to clear the table myself before sitting down and this isn’t unusual for this other chain. That never happens in Costa Larkhall. The tables are always cleared and cleaned. You always see staff clearing, cleaning and mopping. Kay, the manager, is very much hands on and serves customers and keeps the place spotless along with her staff. For me it’s not just buying a lunch or a coffee it’s actually part of my social routine. I always get a good bit of friendly banter with the staff and it’s lovely to see them interacting with the other customers too. They clearly take pride in their work and also enjoy dealing with people. Kay, Claire and Zoe in particular always brighten my day up with a wee chat, a smile and a lovely cup of coffee.
Today I had the pleasure of having a lovely lunch with my daughters. I would like to thank all the staff for their friendly welcome and for their great service. I didn't have to wait long for my order and everything we had was 10/10. The atmosphere in Larkhall Costa is relaxing and very inviting/friendly. The shop itself was clean and tidy and the staff were always on top of this. I would definitely be back and would recommend Larkhall Costa to all my friends and family.

Staff are lovely. Especially your managed Caitlyn. She is always such a friendly happy face, she’s even remembered my order!! (I must come to often!) but I love the coffee and it’s always clean and tidy too!
This is the first time I have been in a Costa coffee shop and won't be going back. I paid £6.10 for a small cappuccino and a mini hot chocolate. Costa by name, Costa by nature. Coffee was also like drinking dirty dish water. I am now being asked to give a star rating, but it won't allow me to give zero. So reluctantly I give 1 star.
