   On the 1st of January I took unwell at the self service checkout I mentioned it to the attendant covering that area, she was extremely sympathetic and helpful she summonsed some other members of staff, they were all very helpful and after sitting down for a moment I was helped to my car with my shopping by a very helpful and pleasant young man, I thanked all in attendance, but thank you to Sainsbury’s for training your staff so well in dealing with this sort of incident. ❤️

   Regularly use this Sainsbury's for home delivery and have never had a problem up until now. My shopping was due to come between half 5 and half 6 and didnt arrive. I had to call the call centre twice to find out what the problem was and after they had called the store the rep told me my order won't be delivered as there was a problem with the driver. No one from the store had called customers waiting on deliveries to let them know, this is very poor customer service given that the store could have informed me of this with more notice, my phone number is on the receipt incase of an issue like this. Really disappointing after having a good experience before, won't be ordering deliveries from here again.

   Went to a checkout as I’m fed up with these self checkouts. It’s normally a nightmare if you’re buying an item with a security tag. One staff member for approximately 10 plus self checkouts is the standard for most places. Bethany on the staffed checkout very helpful and quick. Prefer staffed checkouts

   I don't usually shop there but went in on Christmas Eve and forgot I needed a coin for trolley. No problem from employee who gave me one. Busy shop and not knowing layout I had to ask a few times to find stuff, staff were great

   Their selection has been diminishing over the last few years and keeps on continuing. They first got ride of the fresh meat counter, then the cafe, although that was a lost cause. Now the bakery section seems to be show signs of neglect? Still good quality of fresh food, however the selection has been reduced.

   Don't shop very often but it is noticeable that prices in this shop are becoming crazy high. Shop. Nice and clean. Staff very helpful and friendly.
