   Can't believe what a just witnessed in starbucks in Hamilton as a ordered a large caramel cappuccino and said no chocolate and they put chocolate all over it and a said to the assistant and he stood in front of me and got a spoon and started to scoop the chocolate back of the top of it a was totally shocked at this to save him making it again .a had to say to him to make a fresh one and he looked at me totally bewildered. Absolutely shocking service

   I had the absolute pleasure (NOT!) of coming to this starbucks yesterday. Staff are so rude and unbothered about me waiting to order and were too busy chatting to each other. The boy behind the counter who i think was called Kieran and the other girl Sophie were too busy talking and giving me looks as if i was interrupting their chat to serve me. Won’t make the mistake of coming here again. Appalling service all around.

   Came to have a coffee with some friends and catch up, not one other person in the queue and staff just look at you for five minutes before coming to serve. Drinks were fine, however the entire time we were there the staff kept staring at us uncomfortably then approached ONLY US 30 minutes before closing to say they’re closing soon then walked away again. Did not approach anyone else in the shop to tell them they’re closing in 30 minutes. Made the atmosphere really uncomfortable.

   The star is due to the place being open 24 hours. There's 2 starbucks in Hamilton, if you can go to the other one. I have a starbucks every weekday morning. I go through the drive thru, always ask for a large which honestly is a gamble. The amount in my cup once my whipped cream melts into my hot coffee is just above the cardboard that is to protect you from burning your hand. This seriously happens every 3rd or 4th time, by which I'm on the motorway so cannot turn back. Obviously I've went in and complained, obviously they've apologised and made sure on that occasion my coffee is as it should be. IF YOU'RE PART OF THE MANAGEMENT HERE. PLEASE, PLEASE SORT THIS OUT. I don't have the time every morning to cone into the shop because I was given half a cup again the day before. Ps this has happened around 10 times. I only keep returning when it's too early for the other starbucks.

   The staff are phenomenal, always get my order right, they are very allergy aware and know their ingredients well. The seating area is always clear and clean. No long waits for drinks order. My 9 year old daughter recently wanted to order by herself, using a gift card she got. The staff member spoke to her directly and treated her the same as any other customer. My daughter was delighted and felt so confident afterwards.

   I love this specific branch. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. They greet me by name which is very impressive, considering the number of customers who pass through their doors. They make my drinks just the way I like them and I always notice when I go to other branches that they just don’t taste the same.

   Brilliant experience. Came with my son and the staff couldn't have been nicer. He asked about having a Christmas cup and they were happy to oblige without issue even though usually the kids drinks come in a smaller cup, without having me pay extra even though I was happy to. Very attentive and very quick service too.
