   Wasn’t impressed with Nando’s. Ordered starters and mains. Halfway through eating the starters we got told they didn’t have what we had ordered and asked us there and then if we wanted to change it. Nothing else really appealed so just left it after the starters. The staff member seemed very blunt with their communication with us and then didn’t inform us that the refund had been processed so I had to go up and ask about it. The most annoying thing for me was they told us the didn’t have what we ordered for mains after bringing the starters. Didn’t make a lot of sense to me.

   The food was absolutely amazing. And you could actually select the Spicy level you want. The ambiance was really amazing. The rates are really on the higher side but the chicken is so soft and tender. The sides are really yum too especially the rainbow slaw and mash

   Came in with my mum for lunch and the service was 10/10 There was a bottle of sauce i grabbed and took to my table. Unprompted one of the staff came up and asked if I would like it to be filled with fresh sauce, I say yes and he brings me back the bottle refilled. Following this he then asked if I would like some in a tub to take home, to which I accepted. They went above and beyond without needing to ask and the food was really nice and came out in brilliant time.

   Fabulous food & service today! Some of the best I've ever had at Nando's. Food was out within minutes and super fresh as well. The manager who brought us our food was extremely attentive and very friendly as were all staff.

   My 1st and last time at this place. Rip off price for small portions. Chicken in a rock hard bun couldn't even cut it. 4 pieces of chicken with skin utterly horrible. £8 for half glass of wine. Complained and got bag of chips, wow. Don't normally write a review but this place is a complete let down.

   First time visiting any Nandos restaurant and given my experience of this place it will be the last. decor looks dated and was filthy of dirt and dust. Went to collect cutlery which this was all still dirty. Ordered double chicken burger. Chicken itself was OK but the bun was awful. I could have thrown it at window and it would have smashed window easily it was rock hard. very disappointed given the reputation of the place.

   Had a disaster tonight 3 kids in for a Birthday dinner and I lost my purse in the place we were previously, My sons dad was on his way to pay for the kids food but the Manager Karen honestly went above and beyond what a lovely girl you are you made a difficult situation so much better with your absolute kindness thank you again. The rest of the staff were a pure delight! Faith restored tonight on Nando’s Hamilton. Be back soon guys xxxxxxxx
