   I’ve been staying at this hotel two nights a week for the past four months, and I’ve never had a single issue. I’m always greeted by Nicole, who is an incredibly lovely person and a real asset to the company. Her professionalism, friendliness, and consistent positive attitude make every stay feel welcoming and effortless. She truly goes above and beyond.

   This hotel was well located a short walk from Hamilton Central railway station and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and quiet with good AC / heating. The room was mostly clean but there was unfortunately some nasty looking staining to the arm chair. I would stay here again but it would be good if cleaning could be improved / stained items replaced.

   Visually everything is perfect. Unfortunately that's all, otherwise the conditions are one star, you don't have any windows that can be opened to ventilate, it smells very bad in the bathroom and in the room. The conditions are very very poor, you can hear any noise from upstairs. Very disappointed with this hotel.

   Stayed here a couple of times and I have to say that as far as Premiere Inns go this is probably the best hotel nationally. New clean premises and great service all around. Quiet location off M74, but only 10-15 min to Glasgow Center. Cinema and big shops at the doorstep. Big shout-out to Denise at reception who helped make the stay of our group of 10 as pleasant and smooth as possible

   £45 for 1 night (booked 2 months in advance), good value for money. Room clean and modern, definitely worth the money. Rainfall style shower as well which was nice. Breakfast an extra £9 for an adult, all you can eat, kids breakfast free with paying adult. Car park £5.80 for 24 hours.

   Warm and comfortable room. Nice and easy for an overnight after working at a nearby hospital. Bathroom was also really spacious with brilliant walk in shower. Perfect after a long day. 2 restaurants below the hotel also as well as vending machines if needed. Also located next to a large Asda for any last minute buys.

   The best Premier Inn I've ever stayed at. The staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful, on hand 24 hours a day. I arrived well before the check in time and asked to put my luggage away until my room was ready they went one step further and found me a room that was ready. The room was a nice size, clean and super comfy bed with all the facilities you need. Plus it's really reasonably priced.

   THE nicest Premier Inn I've ever stayed in. Layla on reception is an absolute gem and incredibly helpful. Our welcome was warm, personal and truly lovely. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Wonderfully clean and well looked after. Super breakfast!

   Ok to say it's a fairly new site it has a few issues. Our room had leaking shower, peep hole in the door installed upside down. Staff were brilliant offered to change our room. Food good as always. Just needs a quick check in the rooms.
