“I would like to say a massive thank you to Frances, who is a veterinary surgeon at Vets for Pets Hamilton. My dog was diagnosed with swelling in his mouth and had to undergo an X-ray to find the root cause. As many of you probably know, our pets are our babies, and when they’re unwell, we need that extra bit of comfort, empathy, and compassion. At my follow-up appointment, Frances went above and beyond. She made me feel at ease and showed genuine empathy and compassion toward both me and my dog. She is one of the best vets in Scotland, and it’s clear she truly cares about the animals in her care. We need more vets like Frances—she is outstanding. I would highly recommend her”

“Stayed here a couple of times and I have to say that as far as Premiere Inns go this is probably the best hotel nationally. New clean premises and great service all around. Quiet location off M74, but only 10-15 min to Glasgow Center. Cinema and big shops at the doorstep. Big shout-out to Denise at reception who helped make the stay of our group of 10 as pleasant and smooth as possible”

“This vet practice have a wonderful caring attitude. They will help any way they can. Their lift was out and I struggled with my dog and the stairs on the way up. On seeing my dirtressed dog, the girls behind the counter carried my dog back down for me. We're not talking about a small dog here Mr bojangles is a 21 kilo Staffordshire bull terrier with a back injury. They were so kind to him.”

“My daughter was really nervous starting nursery. She would cry every time we dropped her off. Thanks to little pets, she now absolutely loves going to nursery. I’ve seen improvements in her in so many ways. The teachers are absolutely lovely and she thinks the world of them and she’s made loads of new friends. It’s really nice, when you drop your child off at nursery in the morning, knowing they are safe and happy. Thank you very much to all the lovely teachers. We would be lost without you.”

“The last time I was in argos I was looking for a new watch, I had checked out what watches was on the argos website but I decided to go look in argos for my new watch as the website only showed some watches. So the ideal thing is to go into argos and there you would be able to try on the watch and the staff will help you. Where as if you buy on line for your watch it's mostly guess work in will it fit me will it look good etc. So go into argos and let the staff help you with what you want. There is nothing better than speaking to the staff in person, but you can't have a conversation with a website page can you. The staff was most helpful in what I was looking for. A nice place to visit and it's lovely and cool inside away from the hot temperature that's outside. Plus if you visit Argos you could do some shopping in Sainsbury's as well. Sound advice”

“Nomination for Outstanding Service – a special member of staff , MD, ASDA Hamilton I would like to nominate Marry D for exceptional customer service following my visit to ASDA Hamilton on Friday evening, 28th November. During my visit, I had already spoken with a couple of team members and through no fault of their own, I still hadn’t been able to find the specialist products I needed and that i didn't even know that i needed. I was just about ready to leave the store thinking the trip might have been pointless. Then I met Marry. Marry immediately stopped what she was doing and gave me her full, undivided attention. Her excellent product knowledge, understanding of product placement and her natural desire to help customers meant she knew exactly what I was looking for and where to find it. Thanks entirely to her, I left the store with everything I needed, something that simply wouldn’t have happened without her assistance. Marry is a special person and a genuinely valuable member of staff. Her warm, professional manner and dedication turned my whole experience around. I also spoke with Martin, one of the on-duty managers, who was equally fantastic. Martin saw exactly where i was coming from and he had an Immediate appreciation for Mary's customer service contribution. I hope this nomination contributes towards any in-house ASDA recognition or rewards for outstanding service, because Marry absolutely deserves it. “I booked at the last moment before leaving for the place. The prices are very reasonable compared to the last minute booking time. I had checked the reviews, it really met my expectations. The lady at the reception was very friendly and welcomed us at middle of the night. The rooms were very clean beyond expectation. Even when you leave for next day you can ask them to clean the room and it will be just perfect. The Wi-Fi is a little slow which is OK. It is near Glasgow which makes it really near to all the attractions as well as Edinburgh so travel literally easy.”

“Absolutely first class service . Our dog loves going to Granny woof woof . The service they provide it’s second to none. Iain is what we call the dog whisperer our dog was shy and lacking confidence when he first started going but now he is confident and is thriving all thanks to this service . We get lots of live videos when Daco attends and we can see the smile on his face whilst he plays with the other dogs. Daco gets picked up in an amazing transport van all kitted out for dogs which he loves going into . Cannot recommend highly enough , Alice and Iain are amazing .”
