   Went here yesterday with my dog so she could get a haircut and me and my partner asked for a teddy bear haircut in which the women replied with she can’t have that as she is mated and doesn’t have the time to do it, then we went on to say we don’t want it short cause it’s getting colder outside.We left her for a couple of hours to return to a dog who had next to no hair, we were very angry with this and won’t be returning.What a disgrace of a place and now left my dog to shake and shiver cause of how short her hair is ,They need to start caring more about the dog rather than the time they have to do it,I will be taking it further as we paid £60 for something we didn’t want in the first place. Don’t waste your time going here.

   My appointment was cancelled due to staff illness then the rearranged appointment was cancelled due to the store having to close. An incorrect groom was booked and when I explained what groom I wanted they had no idea what I was talking about. When I decided not to go ahead due to their attitude and manner they seemed to be laughing at me so I asked them to cancel all future appointments. Rude and unreliable.

   Staff are lovely, however after specifically saying not to cut my dogs hair, when I picked him up they had cut round his eyes!!!! Severe lack of communication between staff. Exceptionally annoyed that they did this. He was booked in for a bath,brush out and blow-dry, nowhere was a cut of any type mentioned. Furious!!!!! why would you cut a pets hair unless specified?????

   Trust the team at the Hamilton Groom room with my precious 10 1/2 year old bichon Scout. They really care for her and her wellbeing looking after her ears, paws and her grooming. Lockdown was hard for her and she became overgrown. Ladies advised me professionally, without judgment, and gave her the cut that was kindest to her . Would not go anywhere else

   I've tried several groomers over the years and was shocked to discover they've ruined my dogs coat by improper grooming. My dog is anxious and has never liked the groomer but she came out of here with her tail wagging. I cannot recommend the Groom Room highly enough. Staff are very knowledgeable and pleasant

   Dropped my pup off at 5pm for a puppy groom and I was told to come back at 6pm I had to pick my partner up from work and I was stuck in traffic so I never got back to the groomers till 6:10pm and when we walked into the groomers the woman behind the desk was nothing but rude because we were late, she said the shop closes at 6pm and we should have been on time to pick up our pup and she had been kept back and should have been finished half an hour ago and that we had to pay a late pick up charge of £5! Won’t be going back after being treated so poorly because of being 10 minutes late!

   My dog loves coming here and they always pamper him. Would recommend this place to anyone. He is a husky and they are able to take the shedding for a few days with a deshedding package.
